On November 10th, an official from SBS MTV’s “The Show” told Star News that “BLACKSWAN was scheduled to appear on the show today, but its appearance was abruptly canceled.

The official declined to comment on the background to the cancellation, but the controversy surrounding HYEMI appears to have affected him.

DR Music, BLACKSWAN‘s agency, also made it official that it would take legal action against “A”, who had sued HYEMI, and that it would temporarily suspend the group’s activities.

HYEMI was reportedly charged with fraud by a man in her 30s on November 9th. Through online entertainment media Dispatch, “A” claimed that he loaned HYEMI nearly 50 million won for living expenses and monthly rent, and then asked him to refund the money, but he had lost touch. “A” pointed out that he was not related to HYEMI and had no physical relationship.

However, HYEMI replied, through DR Music, that she avoided all contact because she was afraid, because he demanded a bed and violated her privacy. She also claimed that the remaining amount, excluding the 5 million won, was voluntarily provided by “A”.

HYEMI‘s contract with DR Music expired on November 7th and ended her career as a member of BLACKSWAN.
