The girl group GFRIEND leaves their agency where they have been together for six years and goes their separate ways.
“The exclusive contract with GFRIEND will end on May 22nd,” Source Music agency said on May 18th.

GFRIEND debuted in January 2015 and was loved for its innocent concept. In particular, with the success of “Me gusta tu” they established themselves as an emerging girl group and released a number of hit songs. After Source Music was acquired by HYBE agency (formerly Big Hit) in 2019, the group received good feedback with their latest albums.
