VIXX: 9 years in the universe of VIXX

On May 24th, 2021, we are celebrating the 9th anniversary of the group VIXX.

At midnight today, on their social networks, the 4 members of the group VIXX published photos to celebrate this 9th anniversary. Who doesn’t know the group VIXX, it is impossible to miss them.

Indeed VIXX is the group that has stood out, of course by the talents of its members, but also thanks to its very worked concepts which have sometimes been able to confuse fans and professionals. But all this with an intelligence and an artistic quality that has differentiated itself from other groups, which one could call the VIXX brand.

If in 2012, the 6 boys, N, RAVI, HYUK, KEN, HONGBIN and LEO of VIXX appear with the first title “Super hero“, the group appears with this colorful title, worked, in the codes of the kpop of this generation . What will be the same thing with the title “Rock ur body” a few months later.

The group and the agency, Jellyfish Entertainment, will understand that to stand out you have to bring something different and the premiere will appear for the MV of “On & On“. More than an MV, the clip is shot to follow a story and the visuals of the members of the group are accentuated, with dance steps which are accentuated in terms of difficulty. Will follow the MV of “Hyde” which will approach the “dark” concept.

The group will reach the peak of this concept with the famous title “Voodoo doll” which will be talked about because the members become puppets in the hands of a young woman. An MV which will force the group to shoot a “clean version” because it is considered too sensitive / trashy. What is certain is that the clip will have marked by its MV and also by the acrobatics of the beginning of the title where all the members make KEN flutter.
