This June 3rd, we were able to discover the final of the show KINGDOM after performances all as pleasant as the others. Unfortunately, it was not enough for the group IKON to succeed, having arrived at the fifth place at the final.
With this performance, IKON offered an impressive show, returning to their instinct; hip-hop.
In the colors of the group (red and black), IKON dive us into the prison world where they seem to be in a position of strength even though they seem to be prisoners themselves. Even if it was not a secret, we discover with pleasure a mastered and perfectly synchronized choreography in the middle of the grids, the prisoners and the guards represented by the dancers behind the shields bearing the name of the group. The effects of lights, pyrotechnics and images are more to this performance worthy of a concert.
In the comments, we can see that many spectators had been seduced by the chorus but also hypnotized by the final where IKON let loose, then showing themselves wild. The band has a strong presence on stage, even in solo. Their charisma is not to be proven anymore nor their “hip” side.

The group IKON offered real performances during their adventure on KINGDOM, revealing talents but also styles that are not common to them.
Even if they are not the first ones, the members do not regret anything, they showed what they wanted to show, had fun, made friends and could show what IKON really is.
