The singer speaks in relation to the court decision, announced yesterday.

While Brave Entertainment has been cleared of the embezzlement and counterfeiting, today we receive an official press release from KIM SAMUEL.
Indeed yesterday the police decided not to prosecute the charges of forgery and misappropriation of private documents against Brave Brothers. After months of investigating Brave Brothers and Brave Entertainment employees, police could not find sufficient evidence of the producer and CEO’s alleged wrongdoing.
Today, KIM SAMUEL speaks,
“I wish to take a formal stand on the decision not to prosecute Brave Entertainment for fraud, embezzlement and forgery of private documents, which was announced on June 29th.
We have submitted relevant evidence on the above charges and requested an investigation with the fullest cooperation of the police, but we regret that the above results have been obtained.
The decision not to send the police file does not mean the end of the case, and we will ask the prosecution to raise an objection as soon as possible to see if the investigation was not sufficient and whether it has been thorough.
In addition, we have enough evidence to prove that the decision not to make this shipment is wrong, so we would like to request a new investigation.
This criminal complaint was carried out by means of another complaint to confirm that the company was trying to cover up acts, without informing the artist, during “the existence of an exclusivity contract”.
I have never expressed an outside position, in order to end the argument quietly and smoothly, just because I want to start my singing career as soon as possible..
However, Brave Entertainment disrupted me as a minor at the time, demanding 1 billion won in damages, and stating that I maliciously sued them for something wrong, confusing the public. and tarnishing my image.
Therefore, I hope that the dispute will be properly understood by the public as well as by law enforcement in South Korea, breaking the long silence and fighting Brave Entertainment and Brave Brothers to the end. “
KIM SAMUEL who first debuted in the duo 1punch, formerly trainee at Pledis Entertainment aiming for a debut in the group Seventeen, appeared on the show Produce 101 and finally made his solo debut in August 2017 with the title “Sixteen“.
According to his words the young singer is still waiting to be able to make a comeback on stage, the fans greatly hope this one.
