ATEEZ received a loud applause for its first performance with its new stage at MAMA 2021.

ATEEZ appeared at the Mnet 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards which were held on the afternoon of December 11th and revealed the scene for the double title track from the repackaged debut EP album “ZERO: FEVER EPILOGUE” released on December 10 for the first time.
ATEEZ’s WOO YOUNG, who caught the eye with delicate facial expressions and sexy performances in dance studio M2, took the stage and opened the door with an energetic hip-hop dance.

ATEEZ then shows for the first time its new song “Turbulence”. While delivering a message of hope and comfort to young people, lead singer JONG HO‘s high-pitched voice immediately caught the attention of viewers. Additionally, leader HONG JOONG‘s solo dance, which was featured before the stage, added sincerity, saying it was a dance he designed while visiting his brother who majored in dance modern.
ATEEZ’s scene was definitely brought to the fore with “The real” (흥: 興 Ver.), With the sound of the traditional Taepyeongso instrument mixed with other traditional instruments and items that harmonize together to melt winter cold.
Viewers who watched ATEEZ’s performance said, “This is the right award ceremony scene” and “We don’t need a stage set.” There is a series of enthusiastic reactions live such as, “I’m watching him in the subway, but I can’t cheer them on.”
ATEEZ, who performed a wide range of lyrical moods for its songs, made a comeback on December 10th and recorded sales of around 180,000 copies on day one of release. Additionally, the music video for “The real” surpassed 10 million views in 16 hours and set its own best record, ranking 9th in 2021 as the world’s most mentioned K-pop singer on Twitter, increasing expectations for upcoming activities in 2022.
