HYOLYN: A charisma that captivates with “layin ‘low”

Singer HYOLYN is back with her incredible charm.

HYOLYN released her new digital single “LAYIN’ LOW” this January 12th at 6pm on music sites.

This single is HYOLYN’s first new song in three weeks since the release of “A-Ha” on December 22nd. HYOLYN, who communicated with music fans by releasing three singles in a row last year, including the single “Why there was none” involving Mad Clown and Kim Seung-min, the single “Summer or summer” sung with Dasom of the SISTAR group, and “A-ha“, opened her New Years activities with “Layin’ low“.

HYOLYN aims to strengthen her position as a solo artist through this new song. To this end, HYOLYN wrote a song with rapper Mamison (Mad Clown) and showed her own color as a co-songwriter with Jooyoung and overseas composers.

The lyrics contain the story of a speaker who knows the other person is a bad person but can’t help but love them as hot and exciting as playing with fire. HYOLYN sang “You got me layin’ low / you got me layin ’low / 유리 속에 널 부르짖는 / 내가 넌 보여?” and “I don’t give a 쉿 / 알아 나쁜 놈인 거 / 거기 까지만 / 생각 했던 불장난” HYOLYN’s unique, soft, husky voice captivates ears.

HYOLYN’s healthy beauty stands out in the clip released with the song. Compared to “Dally” released in 2018, HYOLYN showed off her sexy charisma with dance choreography in heels.

Ahead of the song and music video’s release, HYOLYN posted a new challenge video on TikTok at 6 p.m. on January 11. Honey J, a choreographer who recently emerged as a trend by performing in Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter and Street Dance Girls Fighter, has garnered attention.
