KIM JIN HWAN, SONG YUN HYEONG and KIM DONG HYUK from iKON Group have been confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.
YG Entertainment announced on January 23 and said, “They were first confirmed positive during the COVID-19 self-test conducted on January 22 with mild cold-like symptoms. All members of iKON immediately halted scheduled activities and conducted PCR tests, and three people except BOBBY, KOO JUN HOE, and JUNG CHAN WOO tested positive during self-isolation.”
We will spare no effort to support the health and safety of our performers as well as the speedy recovery of the three boys.
YG Entertainment added, “In addition, we will faithfully cooperate with the epidemiological investigation by quarantine authorities and take all necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
