BTS member JUNGKOOK has tested positive for COVID-19.

On March 29, BIG HIT MUSIC, agency of BTS, shared on the WEVERSE application an official statement concerning the state of health of JUNGKOOK, singer and dancer of the group BTS.
In this press release, the agency indicates that the singer performed a PCR test on March 27 before leaving for the United States. This test was negative.
However, after arriving on American soil, JUNGKOOK felt a slight discomfort in his throat. As a precaution, the singer isolated himself and carried out an antigen test followed by a PCR test, the results of which came back positive.
JUNGKOOK came to the United States to perform on the stage of the GRAMMYs ceremony as well as for the group’s four concerts which will take place in Las Vegas at the beginning of April. BIG HIT MUSIC has now indicated that it wants to comply with American health regulations with regard to COVID-19 and to be in negotiation with the organizers of the awards ceremony in order to know the possibility for the singer to attend.
Other information will therefore be transmitted in the future by BIG HIT MUSIC in order to know the agency’s position on the member’s presence at upcoming professional activities.

We wish a good recovery to JUNGKOOK.
