SON DONG WOON, member of group HIGHLIGHT, announced a well-made album as a travel test.
SON DONG WOON will launch physical album pre-orders for his second mini album “HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” which will be released on June 6, via various online record sellers at 12 p.m. KST on May 26.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY” will be released in two versions: “Sunny” with a green cover and “Cloud” with a pink cover. For his first solo album in more than three years, SON DONG WOON included not only CD but also various products such as a 160-page booklet, different cards, three kinds of movie bookmarks, five kinds of polaroid photo and five kinds of selfie photo cards.
The “HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” which will be released on SON DONG WOON’s 32nd birthday, should be a more special gift for fans. SON DONG WOON wrote and composed all five songs, with the title track “Today’s weather,” and expressed his deep involvement and affection throughout the album.
In particular, the physical album was composed with a high level of completion. SON DONG WOON wrote an essay-style post featuring the five songs, which combines with photos taken in Los Angeles, USA, to complete a travel essay-like feeling.
SON DONG WOON’s second mini album “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. on June 6.
