New girl group NEWJEANS has released a video introducing its members.
NEWJEANS (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein) posted a video of “We are New Jeans” on the official HYBE YouTube channel at noon today.
The video begins with HANNI sitting on the green grass, comfortably playing the ukulele and singing. HAERIN then defined herself as “self” and “an unexpected person” these days, raising questions about her real personality.
HYEIN showed off a variety of hairstyles and costumes, and depending on her style, she transformed into a completely different person showing off her eight-color charm. Additionally, MINJI asked the members the question, “What is Minji to you?” and introduced herself asking them for witty answers. Finally, DANIELLE explained what kind of person she was using keywords such as adventure, nature and imagination.
At the end of the video, NEWJEANS was also pictured using the Phoning app. Phoning is a dedicated app, launched by NEWJEANS on July 25, and was developed with the concept of members and fans sharing one phone. NEWJEANS plans to release more information about its members via Phoning from July 27-31.
NEWJEANS debuted as the new girl group of ADOR (short for All Doors One Room) on July 22.
