Solo singer YUJU, a former member of group GFRIEND, will team up with Cyworld to perform a new song.
Cyworld Jet announced on July 26 that they will be collaborating for YUJU’s new digital single “EVENING” (feat. BIG Naughty) for the artist’s first project to mark the opening of the Cytown metaverse platform.
YUJU’s new song “Evening” will premiere on Cytown at 6 p.m. KST on July 28.
The “Cytown Artist Project” was born from the concept of expanding the worldview of BGM services representing Cyworld, focusing on musical character.
Users will be able to participate in an event by posting a photo taken at Cytown to their mini photo album on the Cyworld homepage.
The news that you can see a 3D mini-me looking like YUJU on the cover of “Evening” at Cytown Plaza is exciting for fans. You can also hear the announcement with YUJU’s voice recorded at Cytown Square.
As BGM has been a symbol of Cyworld since the past, we will continue to present projects such as music release, showcases and digital performances with artists to expand our identity on Cytown, an official from Cyworld Jet said.
