SEUNG YOU: The actress in a new drama

Actress SEUNG YOU has been cast in MBC’s new Friday Saturday drama “금수저 (Gold Spoon).”

Rookie SEUNG YOU, who is drawing attention for her unique charm and mysterious visuals, is confirming her appearance in “금수저 (Gold Spoon)” and will be working with Yook Sung Jae, Lee Jong Won, Jung Chae Yeon, and Yeon Woo.

“금수저 (Gold Spoon)” is a life-adventure story based on Naver’s popular webtoon of the same name, which will change the destiny of one born into a rich family and the other into a poor family, by obtaining of a spoon obtained accidentally.

In the play, SEUNG YOU meets viewers as Lee Seung Ah, Seung Cheon’s (Yook Sung Jae) older sister and assistant at a hair salon in Cheongdam-dong. Lee Seung Ah is a person who has a cool appearance, personality and feminine charm, and who gave up going to college for her younger brother and entered the workforce. Expectations are added with SEUNG YOU‘s unique appearance.

SEUNG YOU, who debuted in 2014, made her face known by appearing in numerous commercials and music videos. Since then, she has appeared in “Be ma y dream family”, “The odd lady” and “자취, 방” and has gained fame as an actress. Attention is focused on how actress SEUNG YOU, who is growing step by step, will voice the character of Lee Seung Ah.

MBC’s new Friday Saturday drama “금수저 (Gold Spoon)” is set to premiere in September.
