BLACKPINK’s second album pre-release song “Pink venom” topped the YouTube Global Chart for the second week in a row.

According to the latest ranking (2022.08.26~2022.09.01) released by YouTube on September 4, BLACKPINK’s “Pink venom” has topped YouTube’s global top 100 since last week. Additionally, “Pink venom” was the most-watched music video worldwide during the same period.
BLACKPINK, which showcased the “YouTube Queen” look with its “Pink venom” music video, surpassed 90.4 million views in 24 hours after the music video was released, breaking the world record for female artists. It was the fastest K-pop girl group to reach 100 million views (29 hours and 35 minutes) and surpassed 200 million views in seven and a half days.
The sound source is also showing signs of worldwide popularity. It entered the UK’s top two pop charts for the first time with Billboard at No. 22 and ranked No. 37 for the second week, as well as No. 2 on the world’s largest music streaming platform Spotify and #4 the second week.
