Group WJSN will move to an 8-member system
On March 3, the agency Starship Entertainment announces in a press release that 8 members of the group WJSN have re-signed their contract with the agency. The other members have decided to go their own way or are already in another agency.
Official statement from Starship Entertainment:
“Hello, we are Starship Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to express our deep gratitude to UJUNG at home and abroad who continue to support and love WJSN.
Starship Entertainment recently re-signed eight members from WJSN, EXY, SEOLA, BONA, SOOBIN, EUNSEO, YEOREUM, DAYOUNG, and YEONGJUNG.
Our company, LUDA and DAWON members have had sincere and thorough discussions for a while, but unfortunately, we have concluded that the exclusive contract will not be renewed. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to LUDA and DAWON for their hard work and dedication. We respect the choices of LUDA and DAWON, and we will support the new activities and the path they will follow. In addition, we would like to inform you that the contract as a member of WJSN will automatically end for the three members of Yue Hua Entertainment, XUAN YI, CHENG XIAO and MEI QI.
We promise to do our utmost to make WJSN’s activities and strength shine more in various ways, and to provide comprehensive and systematic support to members who have renewed their contracts on the basis of mutual trust.
