The first party organized by the association K-FEST FRANCE was this Friday.
K-FEST FRANCE, an association by the fans for the fans, is an association that aims to promote and make Korean culture more accessible to French fans but also to Europe in general.
Indeed, this Sunday, the first event, the KO-IN NIGHT, was a 100% KPO Party and K HIP-POP with international DJs.
The first, event, was a success, the fans were numerous and well present on the dance floor bewitched by their favourite music.
The president Léonore told us a few hours earlier, that the team is “Super excited to start this superb evening. We learned a lot from this first event and we are super happy to finally make it!”

The DJs take turns, and the fans start to come little by little until completely fill the 211.
We were able to ask some questions to the artists in order to learn more about their job and their arrival in France.
First of all, can you introduce yourself and your activity? And how did you want to become a DJ and more particularly to mix KPOP and KHIPHOP?
“Hello, I’m Dj ChaChaGirls, the first female k-pop DJ in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, moderator and k-influencer. I play at k-pop parties and festivals in different European countries.
Actually, I listen to k-pop since 2009. I was playing as a Hip-Hop/Rnb DJ. In 2016 I started to focus more on K-pop/K-HipHop. Through this, I connected two things and that is my passion for music and for K-pop and Korean culture.”
Which song do you like to mix the most?
“To be honest, any k-song suits me, from the old to the new generation of k-pop. What I really like are the songs that have energy. I started listening to k-pop with BigBang, Epik High and 2NE1. What’s most important to me in the game is that people have fun and dance a lot.”
It’s your first time in Paris, what are you most excited about?
“I‘m in Paris for the first time as a k-pop dj and I’m so happy to see the enthusiasm of the people, the city, and of course the KO-IN NIGHT party!!!”
From 11 pm to 5 am, KO-IN NIGHT was non-stop, the audience was there, and every song resonated in the room.

The association has just started and will continue its journey, with a desire to promote and make accessible, Korean culture and especially KPOP to French and European fans.
Will you be there for a second KO-IN NIGHT?
