The group (G)I-DLE won four gold medals in musical programs with “Queencard”.
During KBS2’s “Music Bank,” which aired on May 26, the title track from (G)I-DLE’s 6th mini album “I FEEL” topped the chart.
(G)I-DLE, who lifted the honor trophy just after the show’s first place announcement, said, “First of all, ‘Neverland’, thank you very much. We will become ‘idle “who will work harder in the future“.
(G)I-DLE made a comeback with new album “I FEEL” on May 15 and cemented themselves as a global group by ranking No. 1 in 18 regions, including Singapore, Turkey, Mexico, Thailand and Hong Kong, in the Top Album category immediately after the release of this one. Additionally, as of May 21, the album surpassed 1,163,300 initial sales, reaching a “Career High”, ranking fourth in the girl group’s initial sales.
The title track “Queencard” also topped national music charts such as Melon, Genie, Bugs, Vibe and Flo concurrently with its release. Immediately after its release, the music video and performance video for “Queencard” ranked first and second in terms of popularity on YouTube.
(G)I-DLE will continue promotional activities with its new song “Queencard” and meet fans around the world, starting with the world tour “2023 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY]” in Seoul on June 17 and 18.
