(G)I-DLE
Group (G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua) won its eighth No. 1 trophy.
On SBS’s “Inkigayo,” which aired on June 4, (G)I-DLE topped the charts, concluding its promotional activities on music shows after three weeks.
Immediately after winning the award, (G)I-DLE, who won all “eight music show golds” with the addition of a 1st place trophy, said, “Neverland, thank you very much for giving us this first place. We love you. We will work harder and come back with a good song as soon as possible“.
(G)I-DLE made a comeback with the new album “I FEEL” on May 15 and established themselves as a global group by ranking first in 18 regions, including Singapore, Turkey, Mexico and Thailand, in the Top Album category shortly after its release. Additionally, as of May 21, the group surpassed 1,163,300 initial sales, reaching a “Career High”, ranking fourth in initial girl group sales.
The title track “Queencard” garnered explosive reactions from fans at home and abroad along with its release, and topped the charts on music sites such as Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Flo. Plus, the music video for “Queencard” also surpassed 100 million views, making you feel (G)I-DLE syndrome.
(G)I-DLE, will continue with the “(G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY] IN SEOUL]“, which will be held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on the 17th and 18th.
