Singer LEE HONG GI of the band FTISLAND will redo a masterpiece by a seasoned musician.
LEE HONG GI will release the music sources “희재” and “삭제” of “방구석 캐스팅” to all online music sites at 6 p.m. KST on June 14.
LEE HONG GI visits the public again through the project “방구석 캐스팅 (Casting in the Room)” about a month after the collaboration song “한사람만(2023)” from the movie “My love” on the 18th of last month.
“희재” and “삭제,” which LEE HONG GI is remaking through the “방구석 캐스팅 (Casting in the Room)” project, are representative songs of Sung Si Kyung and Lee Seung Gi. Strong listener interest in LEE HONG GI‘s cover video, which was posted on the “Hong Gi-jong” YouTube channel, led to the song’s official release.
“희재” is the soundtrack of the movie “Scent of love”, released in 2003, and is an impressive song with heartfelt lyrics that gently express a lover’s desire. “삭제”, released in 2004, is a song that expresses the feeling of having to erase a broken lover with a desperate emotional line.
LEE HONG GI, who shows a wide range of vocal ranges and a solid voice, is expected to stir up the emotions of listeners in the 2000s and convey another deep echo through the sound source of the project.
