Discover how SEVENTEEN masters the art of escape in their recent appearance in “GOING SEVENTEEN“.
The group SEVENTEEN, (consisting of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino), once again showcased their entertainment talent and sense of humor with their content “GOING SEVENTEEN“.
On the 23rd of August at 9 pm Korean time, SEVENTEEN uploaded their “GOING SEVENTEEN” episode titled “EP.90 몰래 간 손님 #2” (“Secret Guest”) on their official social media and YouTube channel. “Secret Guest” is a typical SEVENTEEN-style game where members must discreetly leave the area without being spotted by the other players. In the previous episode, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON and DINO failed to escape.
During the third round, a group game was played. All the remaining members tried to escape during the game but failed, concluding the round with no one leaving, much to everyone’s amusement.
Gathered in the common area, members embarked on the fourth round after adding the rule “each person can only request a call three times” and the rule “wait for a minute in your personal space if you encounter someone”. Following the onset of the fourth round, MINGYU, HOSHI and DINO managed to escape but were recalled. Eventually, WONWOO and SEUNGKWAN successfully escaped and went home.
In the final round, members could leave freely without being called for 10 minutes. However, if members ran into each other, they had to return to their room. Following the game’s commencement, several members successfully left. The last two, JUN and DINO, decided via rock-paper-scissors on who would leave. Despite humorous attempts and unexpected twists in this final round, JUN, having lost, stayed behind to wrap up the 10 minutes.
“GOING SEVENTEEN“, considered as the “best original K-pop content” and the “K-pop counterpart to the Infinite Challenge show,” airs every Wednesday at 9 pm Korean time on SEVENTEEN’s official YouTube channel.
