SUPER JUNIOR successfully completed its 18th anniversary fan meeting.
“SUPER JUNIOR 18TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL EVENT “1t’s 8lue”” was held twice at the Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. KST on November 4, and LEETEUK, HEECHUL, YESUNG, SHINDONG, EUNHYUK , DONGHAE, SIWON, RYEOWOOK and KYUHYUN were present and had a meaningful time with their fans.
In particular, the fan meeting not only sold out all seats at the time of opening ticket reservation, but it was also broadcast live online on Beyond LIVE and Weverse, and fans around the world, such as ‘North and South America, Europe and Southeast Asia watched and responded in real time, once again confirming the global popularity of SUPER JUNIOR.
The group opened with the “Devil” scene, followed by scenes of various hit songs reminiscent of a concert, such as “House party“, “Black suit“, “U“, “Disco drive“, “Mamacita” and “Sorry sorry.”
Additionally, in line with the facilitation of MC LEETEUK and self-proclaimed “game teachers” SHINDONG and RYEOWOOK, they were divided into 3:3:3 teams, taking on the challenge of different games, as well as quizzes related to game releases. SUPER JUNIOR songs, such as looking at emoticons and guessing the names of the songs, listening to a second one and singing along, showing their unique, friendly and pleasant charm.
After the fan meeting, SUPER JUNIOR said, “It was good to show you what we are here for after a long time. Individual members also do great activities, but we think this is the most fun and happiest when we are together as a group on stage. We sincerely thank E.L.F. for organizing this event, and continue to count on each other and be together for a long time, just like the name ELF, ” Forever Friend.”
As fans filled the auditorium, waved the “Pearl Sapphire Blue Fanlight“, the symbolic color of SUPER JUNIOR, sang “Miracle” and shouted “encore”, the members reappeared on stage and created a surprise scene with songs containing their love for fans such as “Celebrate,” “Miracle” and “From you“, adding emotion.
