Japanese iKONICS (fans of iKON ) will be in luck for White Day 2024, as a special event featuring JUNE and SONG will take place during the festivities.
The two Korean idols will be present in Japan on the following dates: March 13 and 14, 2024 in Tokyo, KANDA SQUARE. As well as two further dates for additional performances on March 23, 2024 in Hyōgo, Kobe Shimbun Matsukata Hall and March 24, 2024 in Osaka, Matsushita IMP Hall.
Working by lottery system, the ticket price is a fixed ¥10,000 (~67 dollars), although there may be fees on the side. Places are limited to 6 tickets per person (people can apply once per performance), entry is forbidden to children under 3 but tickets are compulsory for children aged 3 and over.
We’re currently in the middle of the registration period for the lottery, which runs from November 17 to December 4, 2023. Entry will be by lottery system. Applications are not on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply during the application period.
But what is “White Day“?White Day (ホワイトデー, Howaito dē) is an event that appeared in Japan in 1978. It is also present in China, South Korea and Taiwan. Falling on March 14, a month after Valentine’s Day, men present their girlfriends or female colleagues with a gift in gratitude for the chocolates given by the latter on Valentine’s Day.
