JANG WOO HYUK, singer of first generation idol group H.O.T., let his father go.

JANG WOO HYUK‘s father has died at the age of 82, according to a report from IDEILY released today. The deceased’s morgue was set up in a special room at Gumi Jeil Nursing Hospital in Gumi City, North Gyeongsang Province. JANG WOO HYUK was named as “Sangju (funeral ceremony master)” with his two older brothers. The vigil for the deceased will be strictly observed from 8:30 a.m. SKT on January 16. The burial site is Gumi City Memorial Park.
JANG WOO HYUK, who debuted as a member of H.O.T. in 1996, continued his career as a solo artist. He released his new single “FEEL IT” in March last year and held a Christmas fan concert “Blue Sunshine” at the end of the year to meet the audience.
