MELOMANCE’s KIM MIN SEOK will release a song that reinterprets Fin.K.L’s masterpieces with his own style.
KBS 2TV’s “The Seasons – Lee Hyo-ri’s Red Carpet” announced the release of KIM MIN SEOK‘s second album “BLUE RAIN” at 6 p.m. KST on March 1.
KIM MIN SEOK appeared in “The Seasons – Lee Hyo-ri’s Red Carpet” in February and attracted attention with a different arrangement of Fin.K.L’s first song “Blue rain“. At this moment, his smooth and clear voice garnered praise from the audience as well as MC Lee Hyori.
KIM MIN SEOK‘s “Blue rain” was arranged by Melomance member Jeong Dong Hwan and added more impression by filling it with a much richer sound than the version played during the broadcast. In particular, the varied instrument and string performances according to the unique chord progression are complemented by an impressive pop ballad song, delivering warm sensitivity and emotion.
Additionally, following Jeong Dong Hwan’s fantastic arrangement, KIM MIN SEOK‘s perfect high notes in the chorus and second half are expected to give listeners chills.
Thanks to the broadcast of “The Seasons”, viewers sent requests for the official release of various music from the performances. Among them, interest in “Blue rain” by KIM MIN SEOK is also very keen, after “What makes you beautiful” by Enhypen, the first album of the project in which KBS and CJ ENM jointly participated.
KIM MIN SEOK‘s “Blue Rain (The reasons version)” will be released on March 1 at 6 p.m. KST on all music sites.
