HONGJOONG
Today, May 20, WORLD VISION, an international child aid and sponsorship NGO, announced HONGJOONG, ATEEZ leader, as a member of the “Bob Pierce Honor Club”.

Following his various donations over the past two years, HONGJOONG was named a “Bob Pierce Honor Club” member. The latter, named in honour of WORLD VISION founder Bob Pierce, is a major donor group. Indeed, among sponsors who have donated more than 100 million won, those highlighting various global issues and taking the initiative to promote the value of sharing are named members of this group.
Therefore, HONGJOONG, who made an initial donation of 10 million won to the “World Vision Dreaming Children” project to support children’s dreams in November 2022 on behalf of ATINY (fandom name), continued to support different causes in 2024 with a second donation of 50 million won for a project to provide access to drinking water in certain regions of Zambia last March, and a third donation of 50 million last May 5, on the occasion of Children’s Day, to support young people placed in foster families.
Following this announcement HONGJOONG declared:
“I’m happy to be able to share the love I’ve received from my fans meaningfully. With this nomination to the “Bob Pierce Honor Club“, I want to work hard to promote more interest in causes that need enlightenment.”
WORLD VISION President Cho Myung-hwan said, “We are sincerely grateful to HONGJOONG and his fans who actively take the lead in sharing and spreading various causes.” He added, “We will make necessary efforts to ensure HONGJOONG’s love and good influence towards children is transmitted nationally and internationally through WORLD VISION.”
