PLAVE appeared at the “Weverse Con Festival” held at Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon on the evening of June 16.
PLAVE, who appeared in casual outfits with cute and bouncy charms such as knitwear and a beret, opened the day with a joyful performance with “Why? (왜요왜요왜?)“. PLAVE, who welcomed the audience with a bright greeting, said: “The meeting between the Weverse Con Festival, which has the meaning of “Urban Paradise”, bringing comfort and dreams through music, and PLAVE, which has the meaning of dreams, is very meaningful. I hope we can create good memories together today.”
PLAVE, who later donned a purple uniform, gave an explosive cry with her heartwarming visuals. PLAVE warmed up the atmosphere in the concert hall with a succession of “Watch me woo!” with its mesmerizing melody and the title track of his second mini-album, “Way 4 luv“, released in February.
Notably, PLAVE prepared the special tribute show with Park Jin Young to mark the 30th anniversary of his debut this year, attracting attention with a different look. PLAVE performed a remake of Park Jin Young’s original song, “The house you live”, with its own colors. With her chic visuals in all-black outfits and mesmerizing performances using stand microphones, PLAVE delivered an impressive performance that transcends time.
PLAVE, Enhypen, Fromis_9, JD1, Seventeen, TWS and Park Jin Young performed at the “Weverse Concert” that day. This was also broadcast live during an online concert and was well received by audiences both online and offline.
PLAVE gained attention by becoming the first terrestrial music broadcast group to rank No. 1 in global idol groups with “Asteroom: 134-1 (ASTERUM: 134-1)” released in February. The solo concert, which took place in April, proved its popularity by attracting more than 70,000 fans simultaneously during the opening of ticket pre-sales and enjoyed unusual box office success.
