The cast of Mnet’s “Road to Kingdom“, which is expected to be renewed, has been revealed.

Mnet said on July 10, “A total of seven groups from THE NEW SIX, ATBO, JUST B, 8TURN, ONEUS, YOUNITE, CRAVITY and TEMPEST will appear in the new season of “Road to Kingdom”, which will be broadcast in September.“
The point to pay attention to this season is the cast with infinite growth potential. CRAVITY, who built the group’s color with its unique youth identity, was listed in this list. As they have been in the spotlight as MONSTA X’s “Little Brother Group” at the time of their debut and have established a position by proving their growth, they are expected to showcase their performance on the show.
A group will also renew its “life or death” challenge with its members. The main character is ONEUS, who appeared in the first season of “Road to Kingdom” in 2020 and proved its growth potential. ONEUS delivers stable live performances even in energetic group dances, and is nicknamed “the representative artist of the fourth generation”. Notably, the group’s new challenge for “Road to Kingdom” was accomplished thanks to the will of its members, adding to expectations.
Formed through a survival audition program by the broadcaster, THE NEW SIX, who gained attention from their debut as the first boy band produced by singer Psy, YOUNITE, who established themselves as a group of boys who are versatile in playing various genres ranging from hip-hop to R&B, and TEMPEST, who has gradually increased its presence by expanding its reach on the world stage, will also appear.
Another determined group in the lineup is 8TURN, who is emerging as a versatile artist based on solid foundations and colorful charms with eight members. The addition of THE CREWONE, who recently announced their formation as a project group, is also a point that adds to the expectations. THE CREWONE is a project group formed by ATBO and JUST B to create new synergy, and attention is paid to whether those in the same boat will be able to explode their power in “Road to Kingdom“.
Mnet changes its name and launches “Road to Kingdom” in a new format. Unlike its predecessor, which was close to a pre-qualification program to qualify for the “Kingdom” program, the company plans to exclusively market “Road to Kingdom” as part of Mnet’s “K-pop Rising Project“, which re-examines boy groups with all the skills and potential.
Mnet’s “Road to Kingdom“, which returns in 2024 with new programming, will premiere in September.
