WOOSUNG: A striking Parisian concert

WOOSUNG concludes his European tour with an impassioned concert.

After a first solo concert at the Alhambra in 2022 and a Parisian concert with his band THE ROSE in April 2024, WOOSUNG returns to Paris for his “B4 WE DIE WORLD TOUR 2024”. Invited by LIVENATION, KSTATION TV had the honour of attending WOOSUNG’s comeback to the French capital.

Before discovering WOOSUNG‘s performance, DOJOON opened the concert with a unique performance under the name PARCLASSIC. During a 40-minute performance, THE ROSE guitarist revealed a new side to us through an electro set ranging from DAVID GUETTA to FRED AGAIN to SKRILLEX. This performance set a fiery atmosphere that would continue throughout the evening.

After this fiery set, WOOSUNG offered us a unique concert with not only his most famous solo songs like “Face“, “Phase me” or “Before we die,” but also those of THE ROSE. The BLACKROSES ( fandom name) present were thus able to sing with WOOSUNG and DOJOON on the songs “Lifeline“, “Back to me” and “Sour” remixed for the occasion.

During these different performances, WOOSUNG showed us, once again, his vocal prowess now known throughout the world. The singer managed to touch us with his vocal mastery, but also with his perfectly worked stage presence.

Moreover, WOOSUNG offered us a more personal concert by performing songs from his latest album “4444” such as “Day that I died“, “Happy alone” or “44 forget forever“. Indeed, the singer confided throughout the evening on several subjects addressed in this recent album to bring some comfort and support to his fans going through difficult times.

Finally, the concert ended under the lights of the fans with the songs “Found you” and “Let there be light” as promises between the fans and WOOSUNG to meet again as soon as possible for a new memorable evening.

To conclude, we will remember from this concert the energy of the BLACKROSES present as well as the stage presence of WOOSUNG. In a different style from that of THE ROSE, WOOSUNG, accompanied by DOJOON, revealed his universe to us through a unique and memorable concert.
