On November 17, ATEEZ won two awards, “Best Song” and “2024 Grand Honors Choice” at the “2024 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA)”.
Just back with its new album “GOLDEN HOUR: PART.2”, ATEEZ won two awards, including its first major award, showing the group’s unstoppable success. Immediately after receiving the first award, ATEEZ said:
“First of all, thank you for giving us such a precious award. Today is the 6th anniversary of our beloved ATINY, so happy anniversary! We are even more happy to receive this award today. We will continue making great music and present performances that will make you proud”.
But these two awards weren’t the only highlights of the night. Indeed, ATEEZ also put on a performance that immediately caught the audience’s attention. Mixing humor and charisma, ATEEZ had the audience dancing to the rhythm of a groovy choreography and addictive beats on “Work” before changing the atmosphere with its latest song “Ice on my teeth”.
In addition to an addictive performance, ATEEZ members (HONGJOONG, SEONGHWA, YUNHO, YEOSANG, SAN, MINGI, WOOYOUNG, JONGHO) perfectly executed the two intro sequences by presenting scenes worthy of a comedy action movie. They once again demonstrated the skills and know-how they have accumulated over the years and proved why they are now considered the “best performers in K-pop“.
Finally, ATEEZ released its new album “GOLDEN HOUR: PART.2” on November 15.
