The first episode of the musical “Contact”, featuring WOOYEON from the group WOO!AH!, was sold out as soon as reservations began.
On February 27, H Music Entertainment stated, “The first performance of the musical ‘Contact’ starring WOOYEON was sold out as ticket reservations opened on the afternoon of the 26th.”
“Contact,” which opens on March 28, tells a miraculous love story through encounters between 2050 and 1992 in different time zones, and tells the story of youth and the first love that everyone has in their hearts. WOOYEON plays the main character Yeongdeok and challenges himself in her first musical since her debut.
WOOYEON has been impressive as a “new generation idol” by appearing in a number of dramas such as “조아서 구독중 시즌2“, “Live On“, “On going love one“, “Snap and spark“, “Revenge of others” and “Caffeine Romance“. As a result, many fans were attracted to WOOYEON’s first musical challenge, and the first episode she appeared in was sold out, marking a good debut.
WOOYEON, who is taking on a new challenge as a musical actress, is expected to show exceptional abilities by delicately portraying a beautiful young woman conflicted between dreams and reality in “Contact”.
