AILEE, WHEESEUNG
AILEE remembers late Wheesung: “Best stage partner of my life, thank you and sorry.”

Singer AILEE paid tribute to the late Wheesung, who became a star.
AILEE posted a long message of condolence on her Instagram account, sharing a live video she had taken with Wheesung. “I cried a lot yesterday and looked at the photos I took with my brother, and none of them turned out well. It’s just like us. I was watching the concerts with him, and he said, ‘We were so happy. We should have performed together more often.'”
AILEE added, “Sometimes you’re a strict producer, sometimes you seem to live with the joy of making fun of me, sometimes you’re such a cool student… You know that was the most precious relationship of my life, right? You know I can still sing in Korea because of you, so I’m so grateful, right?” She confessed, “My best stage partner was you, and I will always be with you. Thank you so much. I’m so sorry. And I’m going to miss you so much. Let’s meet again someday and sing with a big smile. Good night, Realslow.”
Wheesung was found dead at his home in Seoul on March 10th after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 43 years old. Following his autopsy on the morning of March 12th, the morgue will be set up at the Samsung Medical Center funeral home on March 14th. The coffin will be carried to Gwangneung Memorial Park on March 16.
