NCT WISH‘s four-part animated series is back for Season 2.
Season 2 of NCT WISH‘s “소원을 빌어줘! 초록별과 우주먼지새의 모험!” will air on NCT WISH‘s official social media channels from March 25 to 27 at 2 p.m. KST. It’s expected to be a hit thanks to the appearance of new characters in the storyline linked to Season 1.
“소원을 빌어줘! 초록별과 우주먼지새의 모험!” is a comic series that combines NCT’s “Dream” worldview with NCT WISH‘s music and music videos. It offers fans fun playful moments to interpret and search for, as well as NCT WISH‘s pixelated animal characters, making them popular thanks to their adorable charms.
Previously, two “birds from space” who granted wishes to “green stars” resembling “Wichu (위츄),” the official character of NCT WISH, were drawn to space, falling under the spell of both NCT WISH and Earth. This season, NCT WISH is expected to spark interest in a “green star”-themed detective investigation involving two space birds, who are framed for stealing wishing paper in space, with another person identified as the culprit.
In addition, “소원을 빌어줘! 초록별과 우주먼지새의 모험!” was written by Kim Hoae, who was selected for the 2017 New Year’s Literature Award and is currently working on it. The adaptation and animation production were done by the artist “OOO (Jeong Sewon),” who won the “Funniest Book in Korea” award at the 2023 Seoul International Book Fair.
NCT WISH‘s second mini-album, “POPPOP,” will be released on various music sites at 6 PM KST on April 14th and will be released as an album the same day.
