Boy group SEVENTEEN will release their fifth album, “HAPPY BURSTDAY,” on May 26, the 10th anniversary of its debut.

“HAPPY BURSTDAY” is the group’s first album in three years, since “FACE THE SUN” (2022), and the first in seven months since the release of its 12th EP, “SPILL THE FEELS” (2024), last October.
The title of this new album, “Burstday,” is a portmanteau of “Birthday” and “Burst,” signifying the group’s rebirth as a new SEVENTEEN, according to Pledis Entertainment, the group’s agency.
“The album holds special significance as it will be released on the 10th anniversary of SEVENTEEN’s debut,” the agency stated.
After debuting on May 26, 2015, SEVENTEEN has become one of the most popular K-pop groups in the world.
“With their passion for international expansion, their unafraid of change, their strong team spirit, and their deep trust with fans, SEVENTEEN members has exceeded all expectations for K-pop artists, becoming true idols,” said Pledis Entertainment.
The agency also teased a world tour, adding, “SEVENTEEN will offer diverse content, not just its fifth album, and will visit CARATS worldwide.”
“We hope you’ll stay tuned to follow the group’s activities and much more,” the agency said.
SEVENTEEN will hold fan meet-and-greets on April 24, 26, and 27 at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka and on May 10 and 11 at the Saitama Super Arena.
