The group ARrC (Andy, Choi Han, Doha, Hyunmin, Jibeen, Kien, Rioto) is gearing up for an intense comeback.

Today, July 14 at noon (local time), ARrC released a teaser video for the music video of “Awesome”, the title track from its third mini-album “HOPE”, on its official YouTube channel.
In the teaser, students are shown in a school setting, heads down and clearly under surveillance. Graffiti in various languages covers the walls, while ARrC stands confidently in the foreground, sporting bold hair colors and a defiant stance, starkly different from the others.
The video ends with the appearance of a goblin calmly walking through the scene. This character is “MU,” one of five goblins introduced via social media on July 7, known as an emotionless spirit. ARrC is sparking curiosity, what kind of story will they weave around these five entities?
ARrC is drawing attention with its bold approach to both music and visuals. By pairing a short yet irresistible sound with a strongly styled atmosphere, they’ve crafted a teaser that promises a fresh and intriguing aesthetic for the full music video.
The mini-album “HOPE”, set to drop on July 16 at 6 PM (KST), will feature five tracks: the title song “Awesome”, as well as “dawns”, “kick back“, “vitamin I“, and “night life“. The lead track “Awesome” is a powerful anthem inspired by Southern U.S. hip-hop and reimagined with a modern twist on the early 2000s Y2K sound.
A snippet released on July 12 includes lyrics like:
“everybody shout awesome / even if your white hoodie gets dirty, awesome / turning green, still awesome / just laugh it off, it’s no big deal.”
It’s a bold message of optimism and resilience that reflects the group’s unique spirit.
With “HOPE”, ARrC takes an independent artistic approach, breaking away from typical K-pop standards and crafting its own emotional and musical “grammar.” Members HYYUNMIN and CHOI HAN contributed for the first time to songwriting with “dawns”, a track that captures a teenager’s view of dawn. Other songs explore themes like youth unity and renewal in “kick back“, personal healing in “vitamin I”, and the moment when true authenticity begins, after sunset, in “night life.”
Additionally, on July 13, ARrC released a studio session for its unreleased track “Skiid.” Staying true to its ethos, the group shares its emotions with fans first, an act of artistic confidence. The new song hints at an unexplored sound direction, immediately grabbing attention with its bold personality and increasing excitement for the upcoming album.
Finally, as mentioned, the mini-album “HOPE” will be available on all major music platforms on July 16 at 6 PM (KST).
