“Good boy” wraps up its broadcast with a digital OST compilation album.

The digital original soundtrack compilation album for JTBC’s weekend drama “Good boy” (directed by Shim Na-yeon / written by Lee Dae-il) will be released on July 20 at 6 PM KST.
“Good boy” is a youth action-comedy crime drama that tells the story of former national medalists who become police officers through a special recruitment program, fighting against a society where justice and common sense have crumbled. With its gripping storyline and standout performances from Park Bogum, Kim Sohyun, Oh Jungse, Lee Sangyi, Heo Sungtae, and Tae Wonseok, the series captured the hearts of viewers.
Even after the broadcast has ended, the digital compilation album allows fans to relive the drama’s emotions. It features previously released songs performed by a variety of artists: MAX – “Get in the ring“, Young K (DAY6) – “나무가 될게“ (I’ll Become a tree), HYNN (Park Hyewon) – “날 안아, 사랑으로” (Hold me in love), TWS – “Brand new day“, George – “All alone”, JUNNY & KATSEYE – “Time lapse“, and Park Bogum – “날 찾아가는 길” (The Road to Myself).
The album will also include a total of 50 instrumental (score) tracks with vibrant and diverse musical tones, capturing the drama’s emotions like a musical epic. Music director Heo Sung Jin infuses each track with detailed emotional expression, enhancing the coming-of-age narrative through a refined and expressive soundscape.
In particular, highly requested pieces by music director Heo Sung Jin such as “Finish line,” “Your name,” “별 헤는 밤” (Starry Night), and “Thousand stars“ blend analog and electronic sounds in harmony, bringing a fresh and novel touch to drama music.
