ZEROBASEONE has sparked excitement for its comeback by unveiling concept photos for a pre-release track from its first full-length studio album.
ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Geonwook, Han Yujin) released the concept photos for the track “Slam dunk”, from its upcoming studio album “NEVER SAY NEVER”, at midnight on July 21 via their official social media channels.
In the released photos, ZEROBASEONE transforms into a basketball team, posing on the court and inside locker rooms. Each of the nine members sports a personalized jersey, expressing a unique sporty charm through a “9 members, 9 styles” concept.
“Slam dunk” is an EDM and hip-hop track that portrays an unscripted drama unfolding on a basketball court, much like a thrilling match. It was produced by the same team behind “Devil game,” a track from the 5th mini album “BLUE PARADISE”, which stood out for its intense synergy. This time, they’ve reunited to highlight ZEROBASEONE’s distinct color and identity.
Notably, “Slam dunk,” a track from the studio album set to release on September 1, offers a preview of the musical direction and artistic identity ZEROBASEONE aims to showcase through “NEVER SAY NEVER”.
Meanwhile, “Slam dunk,” the pre-release single from its first studio album, will be available on streaming platforms July 23 at 6 PM (KST).
