Singer JEON SOMI has given fans a glimpse inside her house.
On August 7, JEON SOMI uploaded a video titled “어서와 전소미 집은 처음이지? (Is it your first time at Somi’s house?)” on her personal YouTube channel “IMOS 전소미.” In the video, viewers get to see part of her home’s interior, which she personally curated, everything from the furniture to the decorations.
JEON SOMI appears in the video wearing a cozy nightgown, still glowing with radiant beauty. She starts by introducing the living room, which she says she paid extra attention to, noting, “If I did a full house tour, we wouldn’t finish filming today.” Even the production team joked, “We’d need two nights and three days to cover the whole thing.” So instead, SOMI gave a partial tour, showing the living room, kitchen, and game room.
Is her home really big enough to host 16 people, including the members of I.O.I?
The living room is divided into two areas: a dining space with a large table, and a cozy spot for watching TV. SOMI proudly shared:
“I’ve been living alone for three years now, and I love it. There’s not a single piece of my mom’s furniture in here. I chose everything myself, took all the measurements, and bought each item. I was able to fill the space exactly the way I wanted.”
Of everything, the dining table was what took her the longest to decide on. She explained, “I went from store to store like a ‘furniture hunter,’ kind of like Demon Hunters. The living room is the most important part for me. At my previous home in Yeonhui-dong (with my parents), we didn’t even really have a living room. I used to just sit in my room on the couch watching TV side by side, so this time I wanted to create a properly defined space.”
Talking about the white oval glass table she carefully chose, SOMI shared, “One time during a dinner with the I.O.I members, there were 11 of us, and five more friends joined, so a total of 16 people sat around this table.”
She also enthusiastically introduced her valuable designer furniture, chairs, lighting, mirrors, some of which she had to wait several months to receive, earning admiration from viewers.
