The singer YOON JONG SHIN delicately depicts autumnal solitude through “월간 윤종신”.

Today (26) at 6 p.m. KST, YOON JONG SHIN releases the September issue of his monthly music project “월간 윤종신”, featuring the track “외로울 준비” (preparing for solitude), vividly recreating autumnal scenes and evoking deep resonance.
This new song, “외로울 준비”, delicately captures the melancholy and isolation of the autumn season. It follows the line of previous autumn tracks such as “그리움 축제” (festival of nostalgia), “늦가을” (late autumn), and “가을옷” (autumn clothes). The narrator confronts the melancholy and solitude brought by the passing season and ultimately embraces these emotions through moments of solitary reflection.
For a long time, YOON JONG SHIN has sung about seasonal changes. With this new release, he once again brings the fleeting passage of time to life, interpreting autumn’s emotions through his unique sensitivity and capturing listeners’ attention.
Regarding the track, he shared:
“Each season has its own expressions and emotions. Autumn, no matter what, feels like nostalgia. When it arrives, we look back on the past, and thoughts multiply. There’s no season that is felt and experienced as deeply in solitude. I want to welcome it carefully. This year, autumn seems ready to pass swiftly, like a traditional festival, and that’s why I definitely don’t want to let it slip away.”
The September issue of “월간 윤종신”, featuring “외로울 준비”, is available today (26) at 6 p.m. KST on major music platforms.
