Singer JUNG DONG HA celebrated his 20th career anniversary with a special concert alongside his fans.
On October 18 at 4 p.m. KST, JUNG DONG HA held “JUNG DONG HA 20TH ANNIVERSARY SOLO CONCERT: 시간을 담다, 소리로 그리는 기억 (Capturing Time, Memories Painted by Sound)” on the Grand Stage of the Gyeongnam Art and Culture Center, sharing an unforgettable moment with his audience.
After the opening video was shown, JUNG DONG HA took the stage and opened the show with “Imagine” and “슬픔을 이기는 기도”, immediately igniting the venue.
He said, “It’s a special feeling to start this tour in Jinju, a city rich in art and sensitivity,” before performing a series of songs meaningful to him, including “사랑”, “Return To Innocence”, “생각이 나”, and “차갑다”. He added, “Today, I want to sing these songs with the same sincerity as before,” earning warm applause. He concluded the first part of the concert with “좋을 거야” and “사랑”.
The second half began with a QUEEN medley, setting the tone for a spectacular segment. JUNG DONG HA then delivered powerful emotional performances of “멀어진다” and “밤이 두려워진 건”. He continued with “내 곁에서 떠나가지 말아요”, which he had performed on “MASKED SINGER”, and “나와 같다면”, previously featured on “IMMORTAL SONGS”. “I’m grateful to relive these moments with you today,” he told fans emotionally.
During the concert, he surprised the audience by singing songs directly requested by fans. He also gave an exclusive preview of his upcoming cover “그 집 앞”, set to be released in November, saying, “I’m happy to be the first to share it with you.”
JUNG DONG HA then performed “그게 너였어”, a song he dedicated to his fans during his 20th anniversary concert “PROLOGUE”, stirring deep emotions. He followed with “Lonely night”, “You better run”, and “fighter”, keeping the atmosphere electric. “Thank you for sharing all this time with me. These 20 years are not an end, but a new beginning,” he said, deeply moving the audience.
He closed the show with “비상”, then returned to the stage by fans’ request to sing “추억은 만남보다 이별에 남아” and “Never ending story”, ending the evening beautifully.
After the concert, JUNG DONG HA took a group photo with fans to commemorate this milestone in his 20-year career.
Currently a professor at Yongin University of Arts and Sciences, JUNG DONG HA continues his diverse activities in television, musical theater, radio, and live performances.
In addition, JUNG DONG HA kicked off his national tour “JUNG DONG HA 20TH ANNIVERSARY SOLO CONCERT: 시간을 담다, 소리로 그리는 기억 (Capturing Time, Memories Painted by Sound)” in Jinju on October 18 and is preparing for the release of his new song, scheduled for November.
