Former CEO of ADOR, MIN HEE JIN, personally announced the creation of her new entertainment agency.

On October 24, MIN HEE JIN shared several images on her personal account related to “OOAK (One Of A Kind) Records”, officially revealing the new agency.
Earlier in the day, media outlets reported that MIN HEE JIN had legally registered the company “OOAK” on October 16. According to these reports, the company’s purpose includes artist management, music production and distribution, as well as concert and event planning and production. This announcement marks MIN HEE JIN’s first initiative since leaving ADOR in November 2024, the company to which NEWJEANS belongs.
On her personal account, MIN HEE JIN shared several drawings illustrating the creation of the company. The name “OOAK Records”, accompanied by sketches and doodles, draws particular attention.

She explained that “OOAK” stands for “Only One Always Known” and shared a drawing representing the moon.
The creation of this new company comes approximately one year and three months after MIN HEE JIN’s dismissal by the ADOR board in August last year.
Furthermore, the court is scheduled to deliver the first-instance verdict on October 30 regarding the lawsuit filed by ADOR against the five members of NEWJEANS, concerning the validity of their exclusive contract.
