WONPIL of DAY6 met LEE MUJIN on the KBS Kpop web show “Limousine Service”.
On November 28, “Limousine Service” announced that WONPIL would appear in episode 193 airing on December 2 at 6 PM KST, posting two teaser videos.
In the first video, WONPIL covered the song “Blue Valentine” by the group NMIXX, juniors from his agency. In the other video, he performed a tribute song for LEE MUJIN with him. The lyrics say: “Our credits rise like this / Looking at our past youth, you and I laughed / We greet the times we cannot turn back / Hello, goodbye.” WONPIL’s unique sensitivity and simple voice captivated viewers, while the chemistry with LEE MUJIN heightened anticipation for the full episode. Some expressions like “credits”, “greet”, “goodbye” also echo LEE MUJIN’s hit, “Episode”.
Before WONPIL, another member of DAY6, YOUNG K, appeared on Limousine Service in October 2023, presenting an unreleased song “Three Clove” for LEE MUJIN. Fans are now eagerly awaiting this special collaboration between WONPIL and LEE MUJIN.
Meanwhile, DAY6 will hold a solo concert from December 19 to 21 at the KSPO DOME in Songpa Olympic Park, Seoul, titled “2025 DAY6 Special Concert ’The Present’”. During the pre-sale for the 5th generation MYDAY fandom members on the 17th, all tickets were sold out.
