The idol group B1A4 (CNU, Sandeul, Gongchan) has created the company B1A4 COMPANY and is preparing for its future activities.
The three members of B1A4 (CNU, Sandeul, Gongchan) founded B1A4 COMPANY to plan and develop the IP, albums, and content they will produce, and will continue their activities as administrators and artists of the company.
Regarding management rights, an exclusive contract was signed with ㈜히읗피읖. Thus, ㈜히읗피읖 will handle the management of B1A4’s future activities, while B1A4 COMPANY will ensure production, planning, and supervision of all B1A4 activities.
Although the contracts of the three members have different durations, they prepared this structure with the desire to continue acting together under B1A4. GONGCHAN, after the end of his exclusive contract last August, completed an Asian fanmeeting solo tour in Korea, Japan, and China, despite many offers, waiting for the end of the other members’ contracts, and will conclude this tour with a solo fanmeeting in Taiwan on January 10. CNU’s contract ends on December 31, and SANDEUL’s remains valid until February 28. Even with ongoing contracts, the company could be established and preparations for future activities carried out to coincide with the 15ᵗʰ anniversary of their debut on April 23, thanks to the support of WM ENTERTAINMENT and its CEO Kim Jinwoo, who provided guidance and assistance throughout the process.

㈜히읗피읖, which will collaborate with B1A4 as co-founder, announced: “It is an honor to accompany the three members of B1A4 in their new stage after their independence. We are preparing a platform allowing CNU, SANDEUL, and GONGCHAN to fully express their talents. We will fully support B1A4 so as not to harm their cohesion and love for fans. We deeply thank and respect the BANA fans for their trust, support, and love over the years. We will do our best to make the path of B1A4 with the BANA even happier, and we also thank WM ENTERTAINMENT and RBW for their support, which allowed us to prepare activities just before the 15ᵗʰ anniversary of their debut in April.”
To celebrate their 15ᵗʰ debut anniversary, the members of B1A4 will accelerate preparations for their album. In addition to the album release, they plan various activities to allow fans to celebrate this 15ᵗʰ anniversary, such as exhibitions and concerts.
