XG: A new song ahead of the album release

XG (Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey, Julia, Maya, Cocona) is preparing to return with their first studio album “THE CORE – 核” and has revealed major exclusives.

On December 24, XG released the second pre-release song from their first studio album “THE CORE – 核”, titled “4 seasons”. At the same time, the group unveiled the full tracklist of the album, offering fans a special Christmas gift.

“4 seasons”, following “Gala”, is the second pre-release song from the first studio album and an acoustic track highlighting the voices of CHISA, HINATA, and JULIA, along with guitar sounds. The three members express through delicate singing their unspoken feelings, the time spent apart, and the gradual deepening of their emotions, reminding listeners of their own memories.

The music video for “4 seasons” shows CHISA, HINATA, and JULIA sharing a warm and happy time together at the end of the year. The three members cook, laugh, and dance, making viewers smile. By offering a specially acoustic sound for the year-end, XG has generated strong interest in “4 seasons” among its fans.

Beyond the second pre-release song “4 seasons”, the tracklist revelation has intensified excitement for the first studio album “THE CORE – 核”. According to the tracklist, the album includes the pre-release songs “Gala” and “4 seasons”, as well as “Xignal (The Intro)”, “Rock the Boat”, “Take my Breath”, “No Good”, “Hypnotize”, “Up Now”, “O.R.B (Obviously Reads Bro)”, and “PS118”, totaling 10 tracks.

Before this comeback, XG gave fans a preview by appearing on December 16 as a guest artist during the finale of season 28 of the American show “The Voice”, performing “Gala”. For their first appearance on an American program, XG quickly trended on X (formerly Twitter) and recorded a 1000% increase in Google searches related to XG, demonstrating their influence.

In addition to their appearance on “The Voice”, XG marked 2025 with a performance on the largest indoor stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the Sahara Stage, and the success of their first world tour “XG 1st WORLD TOUR ‘The first HOWL’”, achieving significant results in their global activities.
