Singer and actor HWANG MINHYUN will hold fan meetings next year in Seoul and Tokyo, respectively between February and March.
On December 25, according to PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT of HYBE Music Group, HWANG MINHYUN will hold a total of six performances of “HWANG MINHYUN FANMEETING [DOHWAWON]”: from February 6 to 8 at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and then on March 4 and 5 at Tokyo International Forum Hall in Japan.
“Dohwawon” means “a garden where peach blossoms bloom” and represents a utopia shared by HWANG MINHYUN and the HWANGDOs (fandom name). While the “HWANG MINHYUN FANMEETING <DO-WON GYEOLUI>” held last March was filled with the promise of staying together without ever changing, this new concert will be staged as an ideal paradise where HWANG MINHYUN and his fans reunite once again.
The fan meeting poster revealed the day before expresses, through an emotionally charged illustration, the image of HWANG MINHYUN and the HWANGDOs approaching their reunion. An intense sense of excitement is felt as a man walks toward a peach, the symbol of the HWANGDOs, with a flower hidden behind his back. The affection of those who have waited through seven seasons since “Do-won gyeolui” is faithfully conveyed through the poster.
