On January 21 at midnight, YENA released the Japanese single “NEMONEMO – Japanese Ver.-”, marking the start of her 2026 activities in Japan, where she begins her third year of music promotions.
Originally released in Korea in September 2024 under the title “네모네모”, the track stands out with its catchy electro-dance sound and direct lyrics. The choreography, which precisely expresses sharp romantic emotions, caused a sensation on social media, while the music video surpassed 20 million views on YouTube, attracting the attention of international K-pop fans and generating numerous requests for a Japanese version.
Since her debut in Japan in February 2023, YENA has solidified her local reputation with songs such as “Smiley – Japanese Ver.- (feat. Chanmina)” and “DNA”.
