HWI of TNX draws attention by presenting a surprise video and a sound that elevate the skills and charm he showed on “SHOW ME THE MONEY 12.”
HWI released on February 5 at 18:00 KST, via TNX’s official YouTube channel, the mixtape “THAT’S ME.”
This mixtape includes a total of three tracks: “That’s me,” “Not a lover,” and “ATM.” HWI filled all the tracks with his own compositions, clearly imprinting his perspective and attitude. He expresses strong self-confidence through direct lyrics and aggressive rap, while broadening his range by incorporating a different atmosphere into each track.
The music video for “That’s me,” released at the same time, offered an immersive experience that was hard to look away from thanks to HWI’s hip visuals and the overwhelming video aesthetic. In particular, the use of various visual effects such as black-and-white, glitch, and objects maximized the raw atmosphere of the track.
