The five-member male band V01D has launched the countdown to its debut by unveiling its animated logo.
The group V01D, introduced for the first time by IX ENTERTAINMENT, consists of CHO JUYEON (vocal, from Mnet “STEEL HEART CLUB”), KEVIN PARK (keyboard + vocal), as well as SONG YUCHAN (drums), JUNG JISEOP (guitar + vocal), and SHINOSUKE (bass).
All members, measuring over 180 cm, demonstrate exceptional skills in their respective fields, attracting the attention of music professionals from the training phase.
IX ENTERTAINMENT, which already has artists capable of presenting various genres, including Linlin from the rookie group Modyssey revealed on the Mnet survival show “PLANET C: HOMERACE,” is now strengthening its expertise in the international music sector with the launch of the male group V01D.
The animated logo video, released on the night of February 6, expresses “excitement beyond an as-yet-unnamed emotional state” and “the movement of sound advancing with light, fire, passion, and emotion.”
As a male group that establishes its existence through sound above the name V01D, the group immediately draws attention on stage thanks to the imposing height of its members, all over 180 cm with an average of 183 cm, and their instrumental mastery faithful to the essence of the group.
The “01” in the name V01D symbolizes “the best, No.1” and illustrates the ambition to be a group where music, visuals, and performance function as a complete narrative. Likewise, like filling an empty space with emotion and energy, each member contributes to creating a dense and unified sound.
