SUNGCHAN of RIIZE made an impression by appearing on the cover of the March issue of Allure Korea. This cover, created in collaboration with the French high jewelry brand Messika, was unveiled in a total of three versions.
It is SUNGCHAN’s first solo cover since his debut with RIIZE, giving even greater meaning to this photoshoot. The Messika diamonds added to a clean silhouette created tension in each scene thanks to their sparkle that comes alive with movement, while SUNGCHAN’s firm gaze and controlled poses revealed an unshakable core.
The shoot focused on the most effective way to highlight the jewelry. In a refined space and controlled styling, the density of the light was accentuated to clearly emphasize the presence of the diamonds, and the iconic pieces naturally drew the eye in harmony with SUNGCHAN’s movements.
In the interview, he spoke sincerely about the growth he felt through the tour and the studio album, about his affection for the members and the fans, as well as about the moments when he organizes his thoughts through reading in a complex daily life. It is assessed that the energy on stage and the inner solidity off stage were brought together.
