The boy group KICKFLIP completes the thrill of the Naver webtoon “청춘계시록” (Apocalypse of Youth) with its refreshing voice.
“Everyday, Everynight”, the OST of the Naver webtoon “청춘계시록” performed by KICKFLIP, will be released this July 8 at 6 PM KST via various music platforms.
“청춘계시록” is a flagship Naver teen romance webtoon that depicts the story of Cheong-ah and Yohan, high school students who start an unexpected cohabitation. It has aroused the sympathy of many readers by delicately translating the thrills of youth through the love and friendship that the two characters build.
This OST, “Everyday, Everynight”, is a song that honestly confesses unconcealed feelings toward the other who occupies one’s thoughts throughout the day. It depicts the emotions of a youth in love by capturing the moment when one conveys the sincerity of no longer wanting to remain just friends.
On a groovy rhythm, a sparkling 808 bass and a cottony synthesizer sound harmonize to complete the three-dimensional atmosphere of the track. The refreshing voice of KICKFLIP is added to it to convey even more clearly the pure sensibility of a youth fallen in love.
This OST was produced as part of a cooperation project in the musical sector between the comprehensive content producer and distributor MUSIC&NEW and Naver Webtoon. Webtoon collaborations have been conducted previously, such as “No Office Romance!”, “Killer Peter”, “This is a campus romance series”, “Villain with a crush”, “아홉수 우리들” or even “Maybe meant to be”.
MUSIC&NEW has presented various webtoon OSTs so far by collaborating with various artists such as THE BOYZ, TAEMIN · ONEW, YUJU · YERIN, SONG HA YOUNG, SAY MY NAME, BILLLIE, YOUNG K, XDINARY HEROES, LUCY, DINDIN, YANG DA IL, and BLASÉ.
KICKFLIP is a boy group from the agency JYP Entertainment which, since its debut in January 2025, has pursued constant growth by clinching 1st place on public broadcast music shows, winning numerous rookie of the year awards, appearing in global festivals, and organizing a fan concert tour. Its 4th mini-album “MY FIRST KICK” released last April broke its own record for first-week sales, proving the ascending trajectory of the group. Putting forward live vocals and performance as strong points, KICKFLIP goes to meet domestic and international fans on the basis of its own youth energy and musical color.
