Singer YUJU collaborates with the webtoon “Introverted us” (내향남녀) for a special original soundtrack.
The OST, titled “What if“, performed by YUJU, is released today, October 23, at 18:00 KST on all streaming platforms.
The webtoon “Introverted us”, very popular on Naver, tells the realistic love stories of introverted young men and women. The series is successful not only in Korea but also in international markets.
The song “What if“ delicately expresses the emotions of the characters, highlighting the sincerity and romantic longing that is difficult to convey. Against a backdrop of emotional synths, YUJU’s clear and distinctive voice amplifies the poignant feeling of the track.
The creation of this OST was handled by songwriters Sukyeong and Kang Joo Eun, known for their work on OSTs for hit dramas such as “The fiery priest 2”, “The haunted palace”, and “Good partner”. Their musical sensitivity and ability to interpret the webtoon’s story perfectly convey the inner emotions of the characters.
As a solo artist, YUJU continues to expand her musical range. With the release of her mini-album “IN BLOOM” in August, she demonstrated growing artistic maturity, enriching her sound palette and confirming her status as a versatile artist.
